JAMES OSBORNE
I was a bass player before I was a bass player. I grew up listening to country music my Dad always had playing on his stereo. Always drawn to the low ends of the bass I knew this was the instrument that I wanted to play. My Dad bought me my first bass when I was 15yrs. old. He always stressed that timing was a key component of the bass. It soon became my passion.
My bass hero is Charlie Hayward from the Charlie Daniel's Band. I was self taught with a lot of help from Charlie. His southern rock, hard driving bass playing really influenced my style.
I've been playing out professionally since I was 15 1/2 yrs. old. Through the years I've played with some great bands and many musicians.
The Dean Goble Band is a group of great musicians that I'm delighted to be a part of. Our band seeks to keep classic country and southern rock music alive for your entertainment and dancing pleasure.
